Katie's journey in the salon and spa industry started in 2007, where she quickly found her passion for both beauty and business. She graduated with honors from the Minnesota School of Business in 2009.
Her love for the industry and dream of a happy and healthy work environment, for both clients and her team, led her to explore entrepreneurship. As a business owner, she has expanded her skills in media, marketing, accounting, networking, and business management.
Katie has been trained in Oribe since the brand’s debut in 2008 and has worked with, and loved, Eminence Organic Skin Care since 2009. Her deep knowledge of both product lines reflects her commitment to quality, results, and client satisfaction.
Katie’s goal is to build strong, lasting connections with every client who walks through her door, and with every member of her team. Known for her optimism, leadership, and encouraging nature, she strives to create an uplifting space where everyone feels supported, inspired, and confident inside and out.

Jen began her journey as a hair stylist at the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis, where she graduated in 1996. With a passion for learning and evolving in the ever-changing world of beauty, she has continued her education across the country. She has trained in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Texas and Kentucky to stay on top of the latest hair trends and techniques.
Jen has been Oribe-obsessed since the brand launched in 2008 and is known for creating personalized styles that suit each client's needs. She has an extensive knowledge of the world of hair color and is skilled at cutting many different styles of hair, which makes her truly unique.
Jen takes her time consulting with her clients and ensuring they leave feeling confident, beautiful, and fully satisfied with their experience.
She is dedicated to delivering stunning results while exceeding expectations every step of the way. She strives to provide a high-quality, luxury experience for everyone who sits in her chair.

Vivian is a gifted Hairstylist and Advanced Practice Esthetician who began her career in the beauty industry in 2021. With a lifelong passion for self-care, she believes that taking time to care for yourself is essential to maintaining both inner and outer beauty. Her calming spirit, nurturing touch, and in-depth skin care knowledge create the perfect environment for clients to relax, recharge, and feel truly cared for.
Vivian’s dedication to her craft led her to return to school to earn her Cosmetology License, allowing her to expand her services and grow into a dual role as both a Hairstylist and AP Esthetician. She has a special love for balayage and blonding services, as well as creating customized haircuts that suit each client's individual needs and lifestyle.
Trained in Oribe, Eminence Organic Skin Care and iS Clinical, Vivian combines luxury products with expert technique to elevate every service. Loved for her warm personality, meticulous attention to detail, and optimistic attitude, she brings a personalized approach to every appointment—whether she’s in the spa room or behind the chair. Hannah is a talented Advanced Practice Esthetician and Hairstylist who began her journey in the beauty industry in 2016. She specializes in chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and brow and lash services. With a passion for results-driven treatments, she's dedicated to helping her clients achieve their skincare goals while building customized at-home regimens for lasting results.
Trained in Oribe, Eminence Organic Skin Care and iS Clinical, Hannah combines expert knowledge with advanced techniques to deliver exceptional care.
When she's behind the chair, Hannah enjoys coloring, applying extensions, as well as creating haircuts that make her clients feel confident and beautiful. She loves helping each guest find the look that brings our their best self.
Hannah enjoys getting to know her clients on a personal level, ensuring they feel comfortable, heard, and welcome at every appointment. Her enthusiasm for both skin and hair fuels her ongoing commitment to education and growth. Jenna began her beauty career in March 2020, earning her cosmetology license before quickly discovering her passion for skincare. Driven to refine her artistry and deepen her expertise, she pursued the Advanced Practice Esthetics Program, graduating at the top of her class in September 2021 with distinction and recognition from her instructors.
Blending the disciplines of advanced esthetics and cosmetology, Jenna is trained in Oribe, iS Clinical, and Eminence Organic Skin Care, allowing her to deliver a truly holistic approach to beauty. Her work is defined by meticulous attention to detail, an artistic eye for balance and harmony, and a personalized touch that allows each client’s natural radiance to shine.
She specializes in luxury extension applications, transformative color services, brow laminations, lash lifts and tints, chemical peels, microneedling, and thoughtfully curated treatment plans designed to enhance and maintain long-lasting results.
