Refined reflection cancellation policy
At refined REFLECTION, we value the time, care, and preparation that go into every appointment. Each reservation is thoughtfully reserved to ensure you receive the highest level of service and attention. To maintain the quality and experience our guests deserve, we kindly ask for notice when adjusting or cancelling appointments.
48-Hour Notice:
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
Within 48 Hours:
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the services scheduled.
Within 24 Hours or No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment, will result in a 100% charge for all reserved services.
By reserving an appointment with refined REFLECTION, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We truly appreciate your understanding and partnership in helping us honor the time of both our guests and our talented artists.
All online booking will require a card on file to secure your appointment time and services scheduled.
No call, no shows when calling or texting to book an appointment will be subject to keeping a card on file to make any future appointments.
We kindly ask that you not bring additional guests, including children without an appointment.
