In order to respect your time as well as the time of our team we have put these policies in place.
CANCELLATION & NO–SHOW POLICY
We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or changing an appointment. Same day no-call/no-shows will be not be able to book again without a credit card on file. In the event of a second no-call/no-show the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
LATE POLICY
Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving 10 or more minutes after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule at their stylist's discretion.
Please call in advance if you anticipate that you may be late and your stylist will let you know whether they will be able to accommodate the timing change.
We kindly ask that you not bring additional guests, including children without an appointment.
